Clubbed Thumb Directing Fellowship

Caitlin is one of three 2016/17 Clubbed Thumb Directing Fellows.

In partnership with Playwrights Horizons Theater School, The Clubbed Thumb Directing Fellowship is a five month new play directing intensive, under the mentorship of alumni artists Anne Kauffman and Ken Rus Schmoll.

Over the course of the fall semester, three early-career directors work on new plays by Clubbed Thumb alumni playwrights with PHTS student and alumni actors. In January, the directors build on their work, directing professional actors in same plays, with a limited number of performances.
